Can you put hot and cold fluids in the Drinkware?

Yes, all of our Drinkware is intended for hot or cold drinks.  Tumblers and to-go mugs are double walled stainless steel which are good to keep things hot and or cold.

How long does it take to process an order?

Our orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.  A detailed email will be sent to you once your items are ready.

How long will they keep my drinks hot or cold?

Our drinkware will keep your drinks cold all day! And in some cases cold into the next day. Your coffee will also stay nice and hot all morning long and if you’re a slow drinker it will stay warm into the afternoon.

Are they dishwasher safe?

We always recommend to hand wash our drinkware.   Our tumblers and to-go mugs are hand wash only and come with a tumbler care card. Ceramic mugs can go in the dishwasher, however, overtime there could be a possibility of the design slightly fading.

Can my Ceramic mug go in the microwave?

Yes, the ceramic mugs are microwave safe.

Yes, and we love it!  We can help you create and bring your vision to life.  On our contact page you can share your thoughts and we will work with you on creating a design.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns as everything we do is made to order.

Question 9

Am I able to cancel an order once it’s been placed?

Accepted Answer

Since all of our items are made to order, we allow a period of 1 hour for our customers to cancel or change the order.  Once that time period has expired, customers may reach out to MWS to inquire about changes to the order or cancellation. If the order has not been processed a cancellation or change can be accommodated at that time.

Will every design look the same?

Due to the fact all items are hand pressed and made to order there may be a variance in image sizing and colour.
